[newbie] Perl is no more...
Seems I've gone and made my system think I no longer have perl installed, which means I can't use urpmi, run drakconf, pretty much everything is hosed. I had a hard X lockup and tried the ctrl-alt-sysreq sequence, ended up rebooting anyway. as you can see my sig is gone... anyway, when it started to boot up, I did a file system integrity check, it asked if I wanted to repair the errors it found, I said yes, and MDK booted, I did not notice any other errors. I'm thinkin a symlink got deleted maybe? anyway, before I go and do something drastic, is there a way someone know that I can recover from this? I would love to just reinstall perl, but I can't install or uninstall anything at the moment... cheers all... :( -- Want to buy your Pack or Services from MandrakeSoft?
