This message is to do with user space quotas.

edit  /etc/security/limits.conf

there is a line near the end which defines maximum user space, either
comment it out or make the value very large

I just went thru the same thing last week.  Some nice gents from the expert 
list told me to look in /etc/security/limits.conf and comment out the line 
about fsize at the bottom.
