Is it under XFCE only, or does it work under other WM's ?

I had some trouble with RealPlayer too : first, no sound, then 
fiddling around with various settings it went on, but had a very 
sharp pitch. Solved that by setting "disable custom sampling".

Hi guys,
Whenever I start Realplayer under the xfce4 window manager, it runs but 
I get no sound.  Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm running Mandrake 9.2 and Realplayer 8.
