Just to make sure there is no way Samba could be advertising your shares over
the internet you should use the 'hosts deny' facility of Samba (Globals page
in SWAT) to exclude the IP address of your internet gateway.
If you have more than one network interface (like for example a dial up
internet connection) you should set the 'interfaces' field in
SWAT>Globals>base_options to run samba ONLY over your local ethernet, and not
the internet interface.
