[orkut-developer] App Removed from Orkut

I received the following email from Orkut:

- The application's author's name cannot contain "orkut" in it. Please
change it and try again.

You may want to fix this/these at the earliest!

My app is not visible on Orkut. I've fixed the author name and the app
works fine on sandbox.orkut.com. I have 2 questions:
1. How can I get my app to show on orkut.com again?
2. Will I lose my users when the app comes back on?

[orkut-developer] App Removed from Orkut - Help Needed for Next Step

Our app has been removed from Orkut after we got the following email:

We've fixed the issue and our app can be viewed in sandbox now. I have 2 
questions:
1. How can I get my app to show back on orkut? I've added it in sandbox but 
its been a few days and I haven't seen any updates.
2. Will I lose the user base once the app comes back on orkut? I can see the 
number of users correctly in sandbox.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
