Hello.
Try to get one of these iriver players. The h140 that I use, is rockbox
compatible, has line in and line out, optical in and out and has about
15 hours of battery life. There is also the h340 which has also video
support. They have a 40 gb hard drive, fm radio and other good staff.
There are audio reviews out there.

Nektarios.

Subject: hd mp3 questions

hi all,
here is what i'm looking for.
first and most important, it has to be rockbox accessible. i'm tired of
getting my parents to mess around with the menus with me. so i need
rockbox compatibility. second, i'd really like to have line in
capability, or at least externam mic, or something, so my guitar teacher
can record things for me and i can practice with headphones and not have
to wait around for him to burn a cd or record a tape. third, i'd like
battery life over 12 hours, or if this is out there an mp3 that runs on
regular double or tripple A batteries.

if anyone can suggest anything that meets these that is decently priced,
please drop me a line.

thanks
brandon
