Hi,

this patch let's the Tcl test suite complete again. There are no new
features and the test suite han't been touched.
The major change is, that subs are now called like:
 
  word_length =  __match_close( start_word, buffer )

Under Linux, Linux linux 2.4.20-4GB-athlon, almost all languages tested by 

  cd parrot; make languages-test

look OK now. 
The only exception is URM, where 'urmc' doesn't seem to be able to locate
Perl5.
