Re: [Qgis-user] refresh conditional formatting in attribute table

2020-10-12 Thread Häfliger Guido
Good Morning Andreas

Thats what I did 2 weeks ago but I didn’t get a hint form there, so I tried the
QGIS User group Mailing list.

So I guess I have to bury myself in the API documentation …

Just to add to the existing (correct) responses:

If someone is particularly missing the workflow which evis exposed
then it would be relatively straightforward to implement this as a
Python plugin, and distribute it via the normal QGIS plugin repository
just like all other 3rd party plugins. That's what recently happened
with the previously included "coordinate capture" plugin: the plugin's
key functionality was integrated into an out-of-the-box QGIS install,
and a new 3rd party, community maintained plugin which reproduces the
older functionality exactly was developed by a motivated community
member.

This approach removes maintenance burden from the core QGIS
contributors and allows the particular user segment who use the
corresponding functionality to step up and take over maintenance, so
it's a win all round.

Sorry, my latest packages (3.10 LTR and 3.14) require Sierra minimum. 3.8 was

[Qgis-user] Running R scripts in Processing

2020-10-12 Thread johnrobot
Hi
I am trying to run a few simple R scripts in Processing. I have tried
examples from
https://docs.qgis.org/3.10/en/docs/training_manual/processing/r_intro.html
and https://north-road.github.io/qgis-processing-r/ex_vector_output/.
However, when I hit "Run", nothing happens. I was expecting the script to
produce results or an error message. Any suggestions on what I might have
missed?

QGIS 3.15.0-Master on Windows 10, 64 bit.

It sounds like you have "network drive" for storage that is a regular
filesystem. I would suggest that you mount that drive so it appears in
your computer's local filesystem and then use a pathname.

Hi,

The official all-in-one installer requires at least macOS 10.13. You may
try Kyngchaos' alternative installer.

Kind regards,
