*Job Description :*

As part of a project to implement a new customer informationsystem, the
candidate would work with the functional and technical stakeholdersto
design, develop and implement solutions in the areas of
applicationintegration and messaging middleware.  This position requires
goodunderstanding of Service Oriented Architecture.   Candidates should
haveperformed in a lead role in the establishment of a SOA environment and
thesuccessful implementation of an application on SOA. The ideal candidate
wouldhave experience as a lead technologist on at least one successful
SOAimplementation, preferably in the Energy/Utilities Industries.  Must have
theability to install, configure and customize TIBCO Integration products.



• Expertise in developing process definitions in TIBCOBusiness Works 5.x
and configuring services in TIBCO Adapters (MQ Adapter,Active Database and
File Adapter)

• Familiarity with EAI concepts

• Possesses end-to-end architecture and workingknowledge of TIBCO EMS and
TIBCO RV

• Exposure to SOAP, WSDL, JDBC, SQL, JNDI, XML, XSD,JMS, XPATH and J2EE best
practices, design principles and techniques

• Experience in process definition and processimprovement disciplines

• Strong working knowledge of RDBMS; preferably Oracleand exposure to PL/SQL

• Experience with the SDLC or Agile methodologies

• Process Orchestration, Web Services and SOAexperience in a lead role

• Integrating disparate environments includingMainframes, Unix, etc.

• Strong Working knowledge of UNIX and Windowsoperating systems

• Working knowledge of XML canon, PVCS or any otherversion control systems

• Exposure to deployment of TIBCO Applications in UNIXand Windows
environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exposure to Energy/Utilities industry verticals suchas Oracle Customer
Care and Billing solution

• Experience with the implementation of EDItransactions

• Experience with the implementation of NACHA/ACHtransactions

• Exposure to MQSeries

• Strong Objected Oriented Design and Java developmentSkills is preferred

• Detail oriented

Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the
IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
for Interwoven Content Management. This position is working with the
business area for the requirements gathering through implementation of Web
Content Management. We use Interwoven and would prefer this experience.
Translates business requirements into functional specifications for the IT
organization, manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT
organization on the direction of the business. Gathers information about the
organization's work processes and information flows. Documents existing
process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT
solutions and implementation processes. Possesses an understanding of
technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business
groups supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. Has basic
knowledge in functions they support. Has knowledge and background of other
technologies and tools. Has basic understanding of business, market and
industry issues facing a specific business unit or function. Migration and
implementation of Content within a WCM system (prefer Interwoven).

*Additional Skills Needed:*

We need an experienced business analyst who has worked on Web Content
implementations. We would prefer someone who has experience with content
using Interwoven for Portal implementations
