I
have a set of old, but new 7037 Super V 100
wings.  These were built by the master himself,
Mark Levoe.  The wings are light for their size due to the type of lay-up
he used, but they are certainly strong enough for a spirited ZOOM launch.
The tops are white and the bottoms are sort of a dyed red.  They look sort
of transparent red.  Personally I’d paint the bottoms but
that’s certainly up to the new owner.

There
are a few minor handling marks, but the wings are plenty strong!  $300
shipped.

[RCSE] Super V 100 for sale

2004-01-19 Thread Jim Stidham
Super V 100 for sale ( RTF) $400...These are the following items that are in
the plane as I bought it from Jerry Robertson which highly modified this
plane to achieve the ultimate Super V. Servos in fuselage are HS80 with
custom linkage designed by Jerry, the v-tail has through linkage for easy
assembly, the v-tail also has trip strips on top and extended surface with
clear mylar..they work great. The wing has larger flaps than normal w/
HS205 bb servos, Ailerons have HS80 servos with extended tri-lerions which
Jerry was the first to do on a plane . The wing tips were cut and Jerry
made custom winglets, however I still have the original tips that were cut
off if you wanted to put them back on, they mount with simple clear tape.
The fuselage has a drilled out wingrod for weight saving and it is pinned
which is removable from the bottom of the plane, also a plug in battery
charge plug on top of fuse---remove when your ready to fly. The wings come
with the spyder foam cores which they were cut from, also has custom plug in
wings designed by Jerry, no fiddling with deans connectors . This plane
launches to the moon and lands on a dime. The only thing that you would
need is probably a new battery since I don't really know how old it is.
The first $400 takes it that includes shipping only to United States
..paypal preferred but a check will also do .If you are seroius I can
provide pictures ...Thanks

[RCSE] Super V 100 fuse

2002-09-23 Thread James Vaello

I pulled a bad manuever this weekend and trashed my Super V 100 beyond
repair...don't ask, I will tell you when I get over the hurt. Does anyone
have a spare Super V fuse laying around that I can purchase? I was lucky to
get some virgin wings and V-tail cores, so I am set there. I just want my
plane back.

Thanks,
James Vaello

[RCSE] Super V 100 setup tips

2002-05-09 Thread James Vaello

Is there anyone that is a Super V guru? I am looking for someone that can
give me some good tips and pointers on setting mine up. I recently bought
one with two sets of wings and tails. One set is virgin foam, and the other
set is already bagged. The fuse is untouched. Any comments on this plane, or
links to information would be greatly appreciated.

[RCSE] Super V

2000-06-28 Thread Carl Otto

I have read with interest all the comments about the Super Vs.

It so happens that I have one of the last ones manufactured by Mark. It has
15-20 flights on it. It has an unpainted fuse. No dings, but a couple of
grass stains. 6 JR 341/351 servos.

I would like to sell it to get a bigger plane.

I don't really know what this would fetch, but I don't want to sell it on
ebay. Anyone want to make me an offer? If it is reasonable I would sell
it, but if I can't get a good offer I will keep it and fly it eventually.

[RCSE] Super V

2000-06-28 Thread Keith

George,

Watching this thread develop, I have to add this comment:

It seems to me that the interest in the Super V seems to be primarily in the 2M model
and not the larger one. The interest also seems very much a regional thing, much like
the Predator XL and Predator 4 by Dave Hill of Hawaii (he's my neighbor). I've only
seen one Super V in all the contests (especially the big ones) I've been to in the
Southwestern U.S. in the last two years. In fact, favorite models seem to be even
more localized by club! In just the Southern California area alone, I've seen
distinctive patterns with regard to most popular model vs. club location, especially
when certain builders or dealers/distributors are prominantly located nearby. I don't
know if this stands out for me more than most because I travel for a living and have
the opportunity to fly with various groups and clubs around the country and the world,
but think about it. It makes sense doesn't it?

[RCSE] Super V - For Sale

2000-05-19 Thread John Masiello

I have a Super V 103" +/- for sale & ready to go. We stretched it a bit to
get more squares, but with all the great handling/landing as the 100" and
better. Just charge battery and fly. Set up for a JR radio. Will work with
Airtronic's radio also, but you will need to change channels on the
receiver. The plane is practically brand new and recently built. The
wings/tail were bagged by Fred Sage and absolutely PERFECT. The fuse is all
Mark Levoe's and in perfect condition. All JR 341's and 351's servos for
flaps completely installed and wired. The receiver is a Supreme Hitec.
Really, all you need to do is charge the battery and go fly. See pictures
at:

http://homepage.mac.com/jmasiello/indexv.htm

Over a $1000 value - asking $625 or best offer - you pay shipping. Serious
inquires please email me directly.
