Bobberino - I agree - although I think cretins is "mild" compared to what I'm thinking : - ) I'm still having trouble as well, however, my computer says that my Norton Anti Virus is enabled! But I keep getting these big messages that say my coverage has expired. I'm not spending any more time on it right now. I'll wait a little while and see if they get their "crap" together!
