I too am deficient in iron. I am sensitive to supplements for it and so in the past resisted taking anything, but now, with TM, I want to buttress everything i can and found an iron pill that's supposed to be for those who are sensitive. So far, okay -- no breakouts or stomach aches from it --

That's my understanding as well, that people with auto-immune illnesses should not donate blood. Did you inform the folks who take your blood that you have tm?
