I converted the not-playing files to flac and the problem was over. I have one more question: how can I see a file is WMA-lossless? I use W7 on the machine and the Squeezebox Server of Synology on the NAS of Synology and I can play wav, mp3 and flac. I can play the WMA files on the W7 machine with WMP without problems. Is it not easyer to convert the files to flac? I'm new. I can play wav, MP3 and flac. You can see the WMA-files with cover, album name on the Touch but I get the message it's not possible to play!
