Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] Logitech Media Server dies
Hi Dave I may be wrong but I believe the 100 song limit still holds for random mix. Hi Dave Just to be sure you read the section about the 100 song limitation in a play list. Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] Logitech Media Server dies
I could share my problems with wifi but it sounds like you have your own. I would recommend a powered external drive with a fair amount of capacity. Reading the troubleshooting section it seems you have a one percent rule for the TinySC to exist on. Not sure how much space your music files occupy. Reading people's experiences with using the Touch server most complained about it being under powered. Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] Logitech Media Server dies
Hi Dave You might include what version of LMS and the hardware involved. Then you might include the Media server log files. Then I am sure some one could help. Did you update the firmware on the Touch when you went to LMS 7.8? I had a little trouble with mine but as soon as i was able to update the firmware everything was fine. Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] TuneIn Radio wrong location
Hi asplundj, I have been having trouble accessing local Fm stations through TuneIn. If you read the thread it seems the best solution is to add the stations manually and then add them to favorites. But as some one counters not all stations seem to lend themselves to that. So I don't have a solution per se but you might find one here. http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?95486-Hey-where-are-the-FM-stations Tex's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=30118 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97431 ___ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch

Tried the solution and it seems that MP3 streams from internet radio stations are shut off by disabling MP3. -- tex-pc tex-pc's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=45696 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=85887 ___ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch

Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] Acer Aspire EasyStore H341
I find mine works fine. But I am hard wired. I have it hibernate during the work week 8-5. And I have it set to wake up if I boot a computer or my IPeng. I have 3 terabytes and it is more than plenty of room. I recommend a home server since it has more processing power. I think you'll be more pleased with it's ability to scan files. Not sure with wireless but with the hard wired configuration no problem with it waking up. -- Tex (1)Duet, (3) receivers, (1) Boom, Acer Home Server w/ WHS Tex's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=30118 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80830 ___ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
