This is much better than it was. I suggest the following further
changes:

-Kubuntu is released regularly and predictably in order to provide you
-with the best Linux experience possible. The focus of Dapper Drake is
-long term, hence the LTS in the release name, of 3 years. The primary
-goal of this release was having a stable and polished release.

+long term support, hence the LTS in the release name, for 3 years on
+the desktop. Its primary goal is stability and polish.

+Since our October 2005 release (version 5.10), a lot of changes have
+been made:

Comma before "saving both time and bandwidth".

"New Installer

On the Alternate Install CD, there is a new installer which will
help with customizing your install of Kubuntu. From the menu, one
can either install a server version of Kubuntu or the normal desktop
version, along with the ability to repair a corrupted system."

This installer is not new. Heading it with "New Installer" is totally
wrong - the new installer is ubiquity, not anything on the alternate
install CD. I suggest heading the previous item with "New Installer
(Ubiquity)" rather than just Ubiquity, and making this item be something
like:

Alternate Installation Scenarios

The Alternate Install CD uses the installation system familiar to
users of Kubuntu 5.10 and earlier; it can be used in situations
requiring more control of the installation process. From the menu,
one can either install a server version of Kubuntu or the normal
desktop version, along with the ability to repair a corrupted
system.

"shipit.kubntu.org" -> "shipit.kubuntu.org"

"In the last version (Breezy), a release candidate was installed by
default, now get the final product."

Comma-splices (or run-on sentences) should not be used in formal
English. This would be better:

"In the last version (Breezy), a release candidate of OpenOffice.org was
installed by default; Kubuntu 6.06 LTS has the final product" would be
better.

As above, "Open Office" should be replaced by the proper upstream name,
"OpenOffice.org".

-Like previous releases, there are two flavors of CD, one is Desktop CD
-and the other is an Alternate Install CD.
+Two CD image flavors are available for download: the Desktop CD and the
+Alternate Install CD.

-Adept will help you with upgrading, don't worry it's quite painless.

-That's it, the next step is to apply the changes and select close.
+That's it. The next step is to apply the changes and select close.

"After the upgrade is finished, logout to restart your session with the
new version of KDE and everyone else is now upgraded. No reboot
necessary."

Should "everyone" be "everything" here?

A reboot most certainly *is* necessary after upgrading from breezy to
dapper, due to the new kernel/udev infrastructure.
