Trying to install Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit on Lenovo Ideapad Z575 does not
work. The installation menu is all garbled and I am unable to use the
mouse in there or even set the option for "nomodeset". Can you please
ensure that Ideapads are next on your ubuntu hardware certifications
list?
Also, f# options do not show and things are overlapping - it looks as if
Ubuntu is not ready for Lenovo Ideapad?
