Hi :)
It might be worth starting a new thread with just a brief new email.  The list 
has been quiet for a couple of days so they might notice it this time.  
Normally 
i would say just bump your own thread by posting a new comment to the same 
thread but it's been ages since you posted so it's probably better to politely 
try to  catch attention afresh.
