I am using a MasterView kvm switch that shares usb/monitor with 4 devices, 2 XServes, 1 G4 and 1 G3/350 Server. Re: Footy Tipping
We use a Filemaker based footy tipping from an australian developer. Cost us $30.00 / year, this year he is donating this to a charity. I have included his invite email message below. Hi Just a friendly reminder that the footy season is about to start again. If you are interested in purchasing a footy tipper again this year, you will need to act fast in order to get it before next Friday. Prices remain unchanged this year. It can be purchased for $25 (single administrator Deluxe version) or $30 for the network version. A free lite edition for up to 5 tipsters is also available. If you would like an unlimited tipsters copy, please send me a cheque for either $25 (deluxe) or $30 (network). The file along with a password will be sent by email. The file will be sent in FM version 5 format unless you specifically indicate a preference for the V3-4 format. Please specify which version you want and what platform you are working on (Mac or PC) when sending your cheque. Proceeds will be donated to charity this year. All cheques should be sent to Larry Kornhauser PO Box 3126, Prahran East, VIC 3181 Free Lite versions are available from my macfooty site at http://www.netspace.net.au/~lkorn/MacFooty.Web/index.html The AFL tipper is a Filemaker based solution and requires Filemaker 3 or higher to operate. regards Larry On Friday, March 28, 2003, at 02:40 PM, Matthew Healey wrote: I am trying to address the issue of Footy Tipping in the Macintosh community. Re: from cassette to CD
Connect a cable from sound out/headphones socket on cassette deck or amp to sound in/mic on Cube. You need software like SoundStudio from www.felttip.com to capture the analogue signal which then allows you to save it as quicktime or mp3. You can then import into iTunes and add additional info like Genre, artist, album prior to burning.
