requires fixing:



- resources/language/English/strings.po
all the msgstr fields needs to be empty in the english language file
skins can only use string id's in the 32xxx range
lots of lines are missing the closing quotes, ie: msgctxt "#31098


- you need to localize all the text in your script that gets displayed 
in the notification / yesno dialogs



- executing all kinds of shell scripts is not allowed in our repo

ah ok didn't know that, you can keep the quasar one then.

i've noticed some other issues:
- the icon.png must have a solid background, no transparency.

- in the info.xml file, set subfolders to false
(subfolders is an indication for skins to use the graphics in a 
multiimage control,
for instance animated weather icons, or multi weather fanart backgrounds)

- in the addon.xml, set compile=true for all the icon packs.
(keep it to false for the background packs)

- please remove the name of the author from the addonid, addon name, 
summary and description

- for the addon names, please use "Skin Backgrounds - " and "Menu 
Icons - "
