I heard Doc play in Sweden a couple of years ago and I also
did an interview with him. He was good at giving interviews
but a pretty mediocre DJ. Unfortunately it seems that the
only drum'n'bass DJ's who do trick-mixing and scratches
and stuff all belong to the cheasier category. For instance,

Given that this is 313, maybe start with Doc Scott, whose roots lie in
techno and is himself an ardent follower of Derrick May and Kevin
Saunderson. He is one of the leaders of the so-called 'tech-step'
