this show is on, right? Wasn't there some debate earlier this week?
"The Set Up" plays on 45rpm, at approx. 110-115 bpm...
Downtempo to some, but hardly when compared to his other work.
Personally, I bought that 12" for THAT track, NOT "Shades of Jae"..
never understood the hoopla, I guess.

His name's not really Acquaviva, so my guess would be no.

Is John Acquaviva in anyway related to Miss Joni James via her husband-

What do you consider the standard FatCat product? Isn't diversity, quality

Of course, none of those are 313 material... :))

i am about to sell my roland mc-202 micro composer,
and a roland msq-100 digital keyboard recorder, with
two midi cables and power packs included, good
condition. if anyone has interest in purchasing these
items, maybe we could work something out, if not i'm
going to feed them to the e-bay wolves.
Anyone with any interest whatsoever in current Detroit techno owes it to
themselves to try and see the CD-ROM (only?) video of "Jaguar" which has
just come out on UK split cd single. Beginning with Rolando holding what
looks like a Technics 1200 against his chest, the whole thing emphasizes

I had rented out a room in my house to a polish man age 38. he was an

modern music to listen to. It was a Josh Wink cd. He didn't really care
This is a daft but entertaining thread (but don't go off-topic!) ;-)
My Mum once asked me to tape Fuse 'Dimension Intrusion' for her! And my Dad
is into Air.
Sigur Ros are not really the standard FatCat product - they're a _rock_ band
everyone's been raving about (at least in European "indie" circles) because
they manage to glue together a very impressive female singer, some
electronics Radiohead-style, and 4AD guitars - this is their second LP, and

Any 313ers heading to the CMJ music marathon this year? If anyone is
interested in meeting up somewhere, please email me privately.
If anybody knows of any other events of interest going on in NY this
weekend, please let me know.
Here's what I've seen as the only 313-related shows going on:
My mum likes the Jaguar tune and lots of my Dan Curtin
records, she also liked Designer Music "Problems" and
all of my Good Looking Records stuff. I get my wide
taste in music from my mum anyhow... Not that weird...

So I pop around my parent's house at the
weekend to try and fix an internet problem
they have.
My mum picks up a cd and says "here, what
do you think to this. I saw a write up on it in
the weekend newspaper and it looked really
interesting".
So what is it?... well I never heard of the band,

On the topic of the Bluetrain label, i'd like to drop
some major praise on this label. Bluetrain, which
is one of Steve O'Sullivan's many projects, features
a sweet dub meets tech-
