Neil Ollivierra aka Detroit Escalator Co. will be in the studio for this weeks
show.
As you may know, he's got a couple of tracks coming out on Peacefrog later this
year, so he'll be giving a preview of those as well as playing some tunes.

"Gathering Light". I have never heard this work before. I checked my Ferox
copy of Soundtrack 313 and the Excerpts release. Even checked the Black
Buildings EP. I imagine "Gathering Light" is a rework of "Gathering

Maybe because it's late (or early), but I was listening to Radiohead's
"Everything In Its Right Place" off of Kid A and it reminds me of Detroit
Escalator's "Gratiot."
Yeah i agree, there are a few tracks off this cd that i've heard on the radio
that sound a bit like DEC. just makes you wonder tho
For all those who have been asking what's up with Detroit Escalator Co.,
they are currently working on an album for Peacefrog, entitled Black Buildings.
It should be released sometime this summer. It will be preceded by an 6-track
ep. The style of the new material will be a mix of what you heard o
