I'm posting this because Ephraim's friend has asked to let people know of his passing. Ephraim new many people, and his friend didn't want people finding out months from now. I assume there might be some on the list who knew him.
Ephraim Alexander passed away in his sleep yesterday evening- assumingly from complications with diabetes. I only knew him through emails & IMs...we exchanged banter and discussion daily. A week from now Ephraim was going to show me around Seattle.He was one of the people I was looking forward to knowing there. He was 34.
