Not too much 313 but always found a lot of good discs ! 
Also recommend Groove Attack (http://www.grooveattack.de) > this one is more
hip-hop, d&b, jazz, black music, ...

The Kompakt store is in Cologne.

As it happens I was just there this last week, but didn't do record
shopping.  Any more I don't need more things in my life -- especially
when I have to carry them around in Europe -- so I spent my money on
food and beer!

There is a store in Dortmund called 'Entity' but it looks to be more
of a drum & bass record shop. Plus they namecheck  John Digweed in the
techno section of the website

And their 'home page' link goes to 404 not found, which doesn't
inspire confidence.
