Wow - can't believe I found a picture of Let it Be records
this is the shop that recently got shut down to make way for a 50 story
condo
it was the last of the great vinyl record shops in the downtown area
(there's still a few in the surrounding city)
this was my favorite shop in Minneapolis -

its huge. i believe they have well over one million records in there.
what you can see there is on aisle out of 4 in the main room (which
houses soul, rock, alternative, and some 45s). there's also a 4

I really like the layout of the shop, the big windows allow lots of light
in, tons of eye candy, hip without pretension, and add to that they're some
of the nicest
