The thing, IMHO, is that alot of the local talent people mentioned in the
previous post, as well as others, supported the scene in Detroit from 94-97.
Irony have it, as soon as "dance clubs" i.e. motor, and others sprung up,
all

but yes, I feel that outside of us on the list or dance music lovers in
general I am learning that these artists are largely unknown. This is why the
person who works at Reco
I've heard of them all... but I spose they're less
known to non dj's and ppl not on this list. All of
those mentioned have been discussed at sometime on
this list (some of them are subscribers)...
I think the DEMF and the lead up to it has helped a
lot of ppl get their bearings tho with the scene

name recognition or hype that gets attached to some of the bigger
