For those in the NY area there is a fantastic two day benefit series starting this evening with over 30 artists involved. Music will be ranging from minimal techno spaces to experimental sounds, improvisations, and installations. The Electroluxe Finale Benefit will include the likes of Chris Sattinger aka Timeblind, So Takahashi, (no wave legends of DNA) Arto Lindsay + Ikue Mori, Johnathan Bepler, David Grubbs (Gastor Del Sol), Lary 7, DJ Olive, David Linton, Raz Mesenai, Marina Rosenfeld, yours truly and many many others.
100% of the door will be donated to the New York State WTC Relief Fund, War Resisters League, and the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan (RAWA).
