I would imagine that a large part of FS's appeal for Saunderson is that he wouldn't need to carry a heavy box of records. As I understand, Kevin has a bad knee and is unable to carry his own record box to gigs anymore. A little laptop with the horsepower required for FS weighs about 4 to 5 lbs.
