Mind you, a 707 is MIDI, which makes it a great first piece of equipment
for a techno musician to be. 606's have to worry about sync boxes, kenton,
and all that expensive add-on stuff. And yes, the 606 is more expensive
due to its better sounds, cuteness, and modifiability. The 707 couldn't

You mentioned price as a concern, and I thought I'd add that the 606 tends to
go for about U$100
more on average than the 707, but you should be able to find one for around
U$250. I wouldn't pay
more than $150 for a 707, if that. I agree that the 606 is superior. As someone

I am also using the Korg Electribe-R for almost a year now and it is a verry
versatile piece of equipment. The ER-1 has a unique sound and is easy to
use. Juan Atkins used it alot on his latest releases. The DEMF Electribe
