That is http://www.cheap.at And, to my knowledge, IO is more of an obscure pseudonym with special guest stars appearing occasionally. I can't remember which one it is, but one of my Cheaps credits IO as Patrick Pulsinger, Erdem Tunakan, Umberto Gollini and Gerhard Potuznik.
