I just bought my first "yellow magic orchestra" lp for only 2 euro. It is
called BMG, and is from 1981.
Can anyone point me out to a decent biography of these guys. And can anyone
describe there role in the develpment of electronical music?

speaking of YMO, is there an instrumental version of their cover of
Archie Bell and the Drell's "Tighten Up"? I fially tracked down a
12" of this but it has the vocal on it, in broken english, it's
hilarious... I just can't play it with a straight face even though I
love the music.
