Have you been able to verify that BMG dropped the second ripoff or are they just holding onto it until the heat dies down. Until I see a posting from Cornelius indicating the BMG have provided UR with the publishing rights to the "new" version, I would say that this fight is not over. Plus , I do believe that on the ur-records list that the "Jaguar" was seen on a compilation from Germany, so they may be just sub-licensing it to keep the heat off of them... so I would have to agree with Israel....
