ummm no they're not.
every single last DEMF has waited until the last minute to figure out the
finalized bookings. let us not forget the hysterical circus sideshow that was
the lineup last year, where about a doze

such... they can't afford to wait a very great deal longer.

as of right now, there has been no announcement about whether
or not there will be a DEMF 2003...
most likely there will be, they are just waiting on the city
to approve one of the 3 (actually 4) bids/proposals
submitted...
the dates will always be the same every year:
