She actually explained it recently in an article in XLR8R, and it does come
from the "Miss Stress" word play.

That sounds like 'Aural Exciter' but that's not Mistress Barbara;
it's by Glen Wilson and Mike Humphries. Punish #4. Her proper
British accent makes the whole thing SO nice... ;)

i think you may be referring to punish #4? it's not produced by mistress
barbra though, it's actually mike humphries and glenn wilson. hope this
