Ask him for a house set and it will be pure bliss. At least last time I
saw/heard him play house was, but that's already quite a few years back.

Get the basic bas, volume 2 (one with the pink cover)
Baruka - Raver Of The Lost Funk - OH MY GOD, where did you find this, I've
been looking for that ever since I sold it!!
This is, in my opinion, is one of Orlando's best ever records BUY BUY BUY.
There was only 500 of these,a total classic. A
I said just now:

I meant:
'Inside & Out'
It's on a six 12" vinyl compilation called 'Berlin Unwrapped, 1996. The
label name escapes me right now. Sorry.

'When I Dream' first appeared on a comp entitled something like '313 etc'
out on Tresor in 1995
Not too sure about the link, but the new issue of CMJ has a brief article in
there about him. Not too sure if someone had already mentioned this. He
said that his latest recordings on Tresor (I believe) will be his last
"techno" recordings. He is going to do more house and R&B stuff and

I'm kinda partial to When We Used To Play (natch) and that other track he did
with Trevor Rockcliffe, "Visions Of You."
Remixes of "Visions..." have been done by Samuel L. Sessions, Carl Cox,
Christian Smith & John Selway and Rob Mello and will be released on Coxy's
InTec label in February and
Nope, they won't, only on cd and believe me, I tried to get a vinyl copy of
that directly by the source! ;-)

Energize on Treso
Wait untill you hear his new album on Tresor and the Disko Fm ep, coming out
soon. Although it's not his best work it still remains worth the buy.
I'm currently working out the interview I did with Blake in Amsterdam. The
Dutch version has already been sent to Bassic Groove and should be publishe

My personal fave is "F*ck you up" b/w "Got to be Strong" on Incognito. A bit
on the raw and raunchy side but it works.
