the early 90's. Some of the tracks are by Sysex,
Speedy J, Laurent Garnier, and Plastikman. The first
42 minutes or so are mixed by John Acquaviva and the
next 30 minutes are mixed by Rich Hawtin.

My best guess has always been Chris Carter and Fanni Cosey, close to Genesis
though... Gen's voice isn't quite that deep IMO
If it's not any of the tracks already suggested then I reckon it's a 12" on
Eevolute by 2001. Not sure of the title, but perhaps someone else could be
