16b is a guy from London called Omid Nourizadeh. He has released a lot of stuff on his own Alola label, and he also has another label called Disclosure, that's where he releases more techno-trancey material. He also did a full album on Eye Q UK, that is worth checking. Some of his latest releases are the new OTC single on Alola, which comes strongly recommended, and then there's 2 recent 12" on Airtight recordings (sublabel of horrific trancelabel Hooj Choons!), they were done under the name Changing Shape. He also did some tracks with Kevin McKay of Glasgow underground as 16 souls...very good stuff indeed. If you have the opportunity then go and check him live, it's..ahem...wicked!
