It is certainly possible.
However various universities have their own rules.
For example IGNOU has an option for those who have not studied maths, that
they have to go through a 1 year parallel course named PPC, (I do not
remember it's full form now). It also requires another course prior to MC
that may not be true for all persons!
i tried using the steps that harish sent on the list and sent him a personal
mail just to check if it works. i have not received any feed back and i
wonder if i followed correctly.
