To make myself aware - I have number of questions -in case anyone know , or have any G O, with respect to Rail Travel Accessibility kindly share me.
1. Is there any Specific - position for Special coach, or as they do anywhere they can keep the compartment ? 2. Who would be the responsible person to care and check the Disabled Passengers with in Special coach ? and is there any register to note the Passengers details on Time? 3. In case Special coach is not available - Open Ticket Traveler to whom could be reported and or how to to find an appropriate accommodation (especially wheel chair users ) 4. Is their any Specific G O or Notification on Rail Travel Accessibility apart from the Concession policies Doc ? 5. Is there any online /Offline mechanism to post the daily Travel issues (for PWD) ? I need your kind help to collect the info , -If anyone working towards these concerns kindly share the contact details , as well as a special request to my friends who works with Railway - please help me to find out G O in case its possible.
