Dear Yogesh, DAISY books are of different types. If you have a audio DAISY book then you already have MP3 files inside it. Most organizations in India are producing books of this type.
If you have a text-only DAISY book like the one downloaded from bookshare then you can easily read the text and check spellings with NVDA or Jaws. You need a DAISY player for enjoying DAISY books. For the computer you have lot of choice. You can install AMIS, FS Reader, TAB Player, Easy Reader etc. To download AMIS go to www.daisy.org/amis If you have Jaws then you already have FS reader on your computer.
