Actually, I didn't press nvda+f2 before pressing alt +ctrl+up arrow.
That is why the command did not work. Thanks again.

press jaws key +3 and alt+ctrl+ up arrow. The first key stroke is to tell jaws

hi, actually, when you are using the jaws or any other screen readers,
the alt ctrl arrow keys may not work for you.
hence, what I would like to suggest is, for example, if you are using
jaws, 1st press insert and 3 which will be on number row.
then use alt ctrl right, left, up and down arrow keys
