*Job Title : Sr. Business Objects Developer/Lead Location : Jersey City, NJ Duration : 3+ Months Rate : Market F2F Interview Required !!!!!!!* !! Strong Financial Background Must !! JOB DESCRIPTION: · Team Leader to set direction and mentor Business Intelligence team and solutions for the group · Perform Installations of end user reporting tools utilized and Production Support within the Data Warehouse. · Develop the reporting architecture and procedures to support the DWH community. · Interact with users to identify their requirements and deliver results appropriately. · Supervise and mentor staff. · Provide training for the end-user in formulating reports and queries. On-going research into new technologies and end user tools to enhance the productivity, quality and performance of the result set. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate should have strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and dimensional databases. He/she should possess strong systems architecture and design skills. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with end users to fully understand their needs and requirements. Must possess excellent problem solving skills to resolve production issues timely and efficiently. The person should have at least 5 years experience as Business Objects Administrator and at least 10 years of programming experience, SQL concepts, data delivery, Project Management, SAP BI toolset and competing BI Technologies/tools.
