2006 -------
1) Make a table from wizard using predefined contact(business) and address
(personal)fields

1.5) delete all the fields with 2 in the end (can be skipped, i guess.)
2) Make a new unique index using fields birthdate, firstname and lastname
3) remove the primary key (ID) field
4) mark the fields birthdate, firstname and lastname and right-click->primary 
key
