2006 -------
I am TEARING MY HAIR because StarOffice-7 Writer shows an obsession for
SWITCHING my Hyperlinks, that I have defined pointing to local files, to
loooking on the Internet (i..e, adding the HTTP:// before the URL instead of my
./ ) -- williynilly, sagainst my will -- when file is next opened !! 

My poor readers would wonder why their machine requires to connect to the
Internet, where I have "See my Appendix ... [= here, already in your machine]" 
!! 

This is MOST UNTOWARD AND near to CRAZINESS:
Why have you let such a central function get messed up -- tha was working fine
in 6 and previouses...!!?? 

=> This needs correcting urgently, and a new patch made available including that
correction !!
