When I copy the file content and try to paste it into Writer, OOo becomes very slow, taking about 5 minuts to complete the action. I dont know if matters but I'm trying to copy the content from Wordpad. Steps: 1. Open the attached file with Wordpad; 2. Hit Ctrl+T to select all text; 3. Open Writer; 4. Hit Ctrl+Shift+V to open the paste special dialog; 5. Select 'unformated text' from the list; 6. Click Ok. You'll wait a looong time... Copying and pasting from Wordpad to Wordpad = no problem. Opening the file with Writer = no problem. I found a lot of issues about copy & paste, but seems no issues like this. (So sorry if this is a duplicate).
