Hardware: Asus A7N8X Deluxe MB: MCP-T/nForce2 chipset.
Distro: Mandrake Linux 9.0, stock kernel.
Alsa version: 0.9.0rc6, downloaded a few days back.
I am trying to build the Alsa drivers for this
motherboard using instructions from:
http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/doc-php/template.p

I have an Ensoniq 1371 board on a Linux box running
kernel 2.4.18. Everything seems to be OK, in that all
the drivers are loaded and I can play sounds all
right. There are a few issues though, which were not
present when using ALSA 0.5:
1) The board is reset to some (default, I guess)

that the volume on the CD drive itself?

ice1712-based Delta/66 is working now.
