I have the M-Audio Fast Track Pro 4x4 and I don't know how to enable the 4
output channels..

the Jack read only 2 channels...

Time to upgrade. The day you bought that mobo was time to upgrade.
May I suggest - upgrade the hardware, or downgrade the software. If you drop
back to an old release, a 2.4x kernel, you will find that that stuff is very
much in touch. What happens is that each driver is patched to accomodate the
