I have just found out Prodigy192 uses 49MHz crystal instead of the 24.5MHz one
used by other Envy24HT cards. This is the cause of the problem. I have already

Hello,
I have encountered the following problem when playing various sample rates via
aplay + Prodigy192 + latest alsa drivers + multitrack rate locking on in
alsamixer. For rate 44100 in .asoundrc/dmix I have to setup 44100 in
alsamixer/multi track internal lock - as it should be. However, for
insight to this
possibility. I would much rather use an open-source computer to perform
my functions than a hardware decoder.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
