I knew it. ;) I had a mistake in amavisd.conf.
The "old" amavisd.conf had included
--snip
$forward_method = 'smtp:127.0.0.1:10025';
--snap
and this was ok before I updated.
And now I changed in $forward_method = 'smtp:[127.0.0.1]:10025';
and the error was away
We had some issues months ago with DCC 'hanging' I dccproc (consumed all
available ram and cpu) and with the change in dcc licensing, we disabled
dcc.
Since we are using amaivsd-new and some of the 'rulesdejour' (sa has 700
rules, we added 2000 more) we have not seen a measurable difference in
acc

Spammer starts to use their isp's mail server, all sorts of bounces.
