I have the following problem which I cannot deal with:
I want to reject (or discard) messages containing virus or a spam using
Postfix SMTPD proxying.
Part of my amavisd.conf:
$final_virus_destiny = D_REJECT;
$final_banned_destiny = D_BOUNCE;
$final_spam_destiny = D_REJE

Also, I am definitely using Net::Server 0.90 - already been through the
chaos, too, of 0.91 & 0.92...so we should be good there as well..

and I would get amavisd-nanny up and running and observe it for a
while. See if you get "went away". Search the archives for
amavisd-nanny.

Ever since my upgrade from 2.3.3 I'm getting these in my quarantine
mailbox. I'd like to have the old behaviour back (just let it pass, no
quarantibe). The mail is passed on, but the copies annoy me :)
